- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have banked here for a few years and have been very displeased. While the people are nice, and well-meaning, there has been significant turnover, and I have experienced several very odd things. 1) i was sent a credit card for my business which did not have my name on it- just the name of the business. The manager (who looked about 22 yrs old) who did this was let go not long after this. 2) TWICE, money was taken out of our account by a different person with an entirely different account number. No explanation other than confusion was given for this. Of course they corrected the error, but then it happened again! They corrected it again, and apologized, but... wow. If this hadn't been caught, my belief is that we would have just been out the money. This leads me to believe they may have an insecure process, poor employee training, and/or lax management. I do not recommend this branch of BMO Harris.By Mark S. Seghers, September 29, 2016
